Dimas Reyes is a Petroleum Engineer and holds a Master's degree in Business and Technology, with more than 23 years of experience in the oil and gas industry across Latin America. He currently serves as Production Engineering and Well Services Manager at PECOM Energy, where he leads initiatives focused on production optimization, artificial lift systems, well intervention strategies, data analytics, and the application of artificial intelligence to mature field operations.
Throughout his career, Dimas has worked in Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, and Venezuela, contributing to projects involving sucker rod pumps (SRP), electric submersible pumps (ESP), progressive cavity pumps (PCP), nodal analysis, production optimization, and digital transformation. He has also served as an international instructor, delivering technical training on artificial lift and production engineering in several countries across the region.
His current professional focus is on integrating production engineering, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve operational decision-making, enhance well performance, and accelerate the digital transformation of upstream operations.

Javier Marbec is the International Market Director at TOTVS, a leading Latin American technology company. He has extensive experience within the company, where he previously served as Commercial Manager and, before that, as Services Manager for the Southern Region.

He joined TOTVS in March 2009 as a Project Coordinator (Project Manager for the market), holding the position for three years and being responsible for the implementation of major accounts, while actively contributing to the development of implementation methods and processes within the Services area.

After his graduation 1986 he joined Bridas SAPIC, as junior geologist in the Exploration Department. 
Between 1987 and 1992 he worked as development geologist at the same company, participating in the development of several fields within the Golfo San Jorge & Neuquina Basin. 
Between 1992 and 1995 he lived in Turkmenistan, where he served as Geological Manager of the Joint Venture Keimir and Yashlar, the first being a development project by the Caspian Sea, while in the latter Bridas made a discovery of a giant field of more than 50 TCF of gas reserves. 
From 1995 to 1998 he worked in Bridas Energy Services UK, based in London, as New Ventures Manager for Central Asia region.
In 1998 he returned to Argentina and joined Pan American Energy, performing duties as Partner Relations and New Ventures Manager.
From 2010 to 2020 he was appointed Joint Ventures Executive Manager of Pan American Energy till his retirement. Currently he works as a consultant.

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Patagonia San Juan Bosco, with more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, leading the full asset lifecycle: engineering, service readiness, commissioning, start-up, and operations. I have been with Pan American Energy since 2004. I currently serve as Operations Specialist Engineer – Process & Quality – Neuquén Business Unit. From 2020 to 2026, I served as Oil and Gas Operations Leader for the Neuquén Business Unit. During that period, I led the start-up of all oil and gas plants, along with the transportation and custody transfer systems; we formed and consolidated the operational teams at each facility and centralized operations from a single control room, within the framework of unconventional development. The result was a team with a strong focus on process safety and critical operations, featuring efficient management and robust operational performance standards. Previously, I was in charge of gas operations at the Golfo San Jorge Production Unit, where I established the Fitness-for-Service department and served as Senior Mechanical Project Engineer. I presented papers at the CCPS Latin American conferences (2011 and 2015) and received the Best Paper Award at the IAPG Technical Conference (2013).
