Carlos Herrera is an IT/OT leader with more than 20 years of experience in technology infrastructure, systems integration, and project delivery across industrial and energy environments. He specializes in aligning business requirements with secure, scalable solutions that support reliable operations.

At VTTI, he leads global IT/OT infrastructure initiatives, contributing to digital transformation, operational resilience, and technology modernization. His experience includes leading and mentoring teams of up to 12 engineers across multiple regions. Alongside his corporate role, he serves as a professor and IT consultant at Prefectura Naval Argentina University.
