B - Media, Branding and Content Use
1. Use of Attendee Company Logos
By registering for the event, attendees grant the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use their company name and logo for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to event websites, presentations, and post-event materials.
If an attendee wishes to opt out of this use, a written request must be submitted prior to the event
2. Photography and Video Recording
By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that the event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed.
The organizer reserves the right to use such media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any format and media worldwide, without compensation to the participant
3. Restrictions on Recording by Attendees
Attendees are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or filming any sessions, presentations, or materials without prior written consent from the आयोजer.

4. Confidentiality

C - Sales, Cancellations, and Substitutions Terms and Conditions
This contract describes the terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the "Terms and Conditions") applicable to the use of services offered by EMG (hereinafter, "ticket purchase application") for the purchase, on behalf of a third party, of tickets (hereinafter, "Tickets") to events (hereinafter, "Events"). Any person wishing to purchase a Ticket (hereinafter, the "Customer") may do so subject to the Terms and Conditions, along with all other policies and principles governing the use of enapoivirtual, which are incorporated herein by reference.
ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING energyconferencelatam.com.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
energyconferencelatam.com (hereinafter ECN) is the organizer, producer, and/or promoter of the Events for which it markets Tickets (hereinafter the "Promoters") of the respective Events whose data is reported on the website energyconferencelatam.com and its respective subdomains (hereinafter, the "Site") along with the remaining information for each Event. ECN is limited to offering Customers the possibility of acquiring tickets for Events by electronic means. The actual occurrence of the Event does not depend on, nor is it the responsibility of the ticket purchase application, this being the responsibility of the Promoters, as well as compliance with schedules, security conditions, locations, execution, organization, or content of each Event.
2. PURCHASE OF TICKETS / REGISTRATIONS
The purchase of Tickets through the Site may only be carried out by a PARTICIPANT Customer registered on the Site through the use of personal Credit Cards and/or Debit Cards (hereinafter, the "Cards") belonging to the Site Customer. The use of Credit Cards and/or Debit Cards that are not owned by the registered Customer on the Site is prohibited. In order to purchase Tickets, the Customer must complete the registration form accessed through the "Register" (inscribirse) link located on the Site (hereinafter, the "Registration Form"). All fields in the Registration Form must be completed with the Customer's personal information, which must be exact, precise, and true (hereinafter, "Personal Data"). The Customer undertakes to update the Personal Data as necessary. The Customer agrees to have provided all required real personal information and is solely responsible for any non-real information registered there. Anyone who provides false or inaccurate information, or uses their ticket for forgeries, alterations, or fraud, will be held responsible under the terms of Argentine laws. Purchases made through the ticket purchase application system using Cards are subject to verification of the personal data of the Customer and Cardholder, and acceptance of the transaction by the financial institution issuing the Card.
3. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
In the event of a need to cancel the ticket purchase, it is provided that an amount equivalent to 20% of the paid value will be retained up to 15 days before the event. After that date, there will be no possibility of cancellation with a refund.
4. CUSTOMER SUBSTITUTION
In the event of a need to cancel the purchase, you may choose to substitute the CUSTOMER who will participate in the event. The period for substitutions is up to 1 week before the start of the event. To do this, you must send an email to cambio@energyconferencelatam.com specifying the Transaction ID found in the purchase email, along with your name and email, clarifying the name and emails of the person who will substitute you, it being understood that substitutions are for tickets of the same value whenever applicable. This will be analyzed within 72 hours with a response to the CUSTOMER.
5. PROMOTERS' RIGHTS
The entry of cameras, audio recorders, and/or video recorders into the Events is not permitted. The Ticket purchaser (THE PARTICIPANT) gives their consent for their image to be included in productions made via television, phonographic, and/or audiovisual means. Tickets/REGISTRATIONS will only be considered valid for entering the Event if they have been purchased through enapolvirtual.
5. PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
To acquire Tickets / TO REGISTER on the Site, PARTICIPANT Customers must register by providing ECN with Personal Data. Personal Data will be processed and stored on servers or magnetic media that maintain high standards of physical and technological security and protection. For more information on the privacy of Personal Data and cases in which personal information will be disclosed, you can consult our Privacy Policies. By using enapolvirtual's services, the personal data holder consents in accordance with the provisions of Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data, whereby they declare to know and accept that their personal data will be part of the enapolvirtual database, hereby granting express authorization for: (i) the automated processing of said data and information and (ii) its use for current or future services developed by enapolvirtual. The holder of personal data has the right to exercise the right of access to them free of charge and at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven for this purpose as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. The data holder also has the possibility of exercising the rights of rectification and deletion of data according to article 6, paragraph "e" of Law 25.326. Law 25.326- Article 27- paragraph 3. — (Files, records, or data banks for advertising purposes). "The holder may at any time request the removal or blocking of their name from the data banks referred to in this article." Decree 1558/01 – Annex I – Article – 3rd paragraph. "In any communication for advertising purposes carried out by mail, telephone, email, Internet, or other remote means, the possibility of the data holder to request the total or partial removal or blocking of their name from the database must be indicated in an express and prominent manner. Upon request of the interested party, the name of the person responsible or user of the data bank who provided the information must be reported." The NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, the Control Body of Law No. 25.326, has the authority to handle complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with regulations on personal data protection.
6. DELIVERY OF TICKETS / REGISTRATIONS
Tickets are entirely digital; you must present your printed receipt at the event venue.
