Matías Frydman is an AI Consultant at YPF and Head of AI at the University of Buenos Aires' Interinstitutional Center for Data Science (CID). At YPF, he leads agentic AI initiatives across Upstream, Downstream, Infrastructure and QEHS, from discovery and solution design to deployment within operational workflows. At UBA, he leads teams delivering end-to-end AI solutions for public and private sector organizations, including agentic systems in daily use in the legal and justice sectors.
